Important notice: By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the rally918 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not use the rally918 platform.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:
2.1 These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and rally918. By creating an Account, depositing funds, placing a Wager, or otherwise using the Platform in any capacity, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions.
2.2 rally918 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on this page. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
2.3 In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any promotional materials, game rules, or other supplementary documentation published on rally918, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless the supplementary document expressly states otherwise.
Age Restriction: You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account or place any Wager on rally918. rally918 has a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding underage gambling.
3.1 To be eligible for rally918 membership, you must:
3.2 rally918 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age, identity, and residency at any stage. Failure to provide such documentation within the timeframe specified by rally918 may result in Account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.
3.3 By registering, you warrant that all information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete, and that you will maintain its accuracy throughout your membership.
4.1 Each Member may hold only one Account on rally918. The opening of duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, address, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. rally918 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to maintain adequate password security.
4.3 You must notify rally918 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account or any suspected security breach.
4.4 rally918 may require identity verification (KYC) at any time, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or where unusual account activity is detected. Required documentation typically includes government-issued photo identification and proof of payment method ownership.
Your Account must be registered under your true legal name. Accounts registered using fictitious names, the names of third parties, or names that are materially inconsistent with submitted identity documentation will be suspended pending investigation and may be permanently closed.
5.1 Deposits. rally918 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the payment methods displayed on the Platform at any given time, which currently include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank online banking. Minimum deposit amounts are as displayed in your Account dashboard.
5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method in the Member's own name. rally918 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 unless otherwise stated. rally918 aims to process e-wallet withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes and bank transfer requests within one (1) business day, subject to KYC completion and fraud screening.
5.3 Withdrawal restrictions. rally918 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where: (a) KYC verification has not been completed; (b) the Account is under investigation for suspected fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse; (c) Bonus Funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements remain in the Balance; or (d) any regulatory obligation requires rally918 to do so.
5.4 Currency. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in MYR. rally918 does not charge currency conversion fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees or exchange rate adjustments.
5.5 Anti-Money Laundering. rally918 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) legislation. All large transactions are subject to enhanced due diligence. rally918 is obligated to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities where required by Applicable Law.
6.1 From time to time, rally918 may offer deposit bonuses, reload offers, free spins, free bet credits, cashback, or other promotional incentives to Members. All promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from Bonus Funds.
6.2 Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, standard wagering requirements on casino bonuses are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times using eligible games before any derived winnings may be withdrawn).
6.3 rally918 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice where operational, regulatory, or integrity concerns require it.
6.4 Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim promotions, exploitation of bonus terms through low-risk arbitrage betting strategies, or collusion between Members to satisfy wagering requirements — will result in forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.
6.5 rally918 does not offer bonuses or promotional incentives as a substitute for responsible gaming. Members who have activated responsible gaming deposit limits or who have requested self-exclusion will not receive promotional communications during the relevant restriction period.
7.1 Each game available on the rally918 platform is governed by its own individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms & Conditions, the game-specific rules apply to the conduct of that game, and these Terms apply to all other aspects of the Member relationship.
7.2 rally918 uses certified game software from licensed third-party game providers. All casino game outcomes are determined by independently audited random number generators or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical dealing and mechanical processes under controlled studio conditions.
7.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round — including server disconnection, software error, or live stream interruption — rally918 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the Member's Balance. Winnings generated by demonstrably malfunctioning game software are not valid and will not be paid.
7.4 Bets placed in error, including bets placed after a live event has concluded (late bets in sportsbook markets), are void and the stake will be returned. rally918's decision on the validity of any bet or game outcome is final, subject to the dispute resolution process in Section 7.5.
7.5 Disputes. Any dispute regarding a game outcome, bet settlement, or transaction must be raised with rally918 member support within thirty (30) days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Disputes raised outside this window will not be considered. rally918 will respond to all formal disputes within fourteen (14) business days.
8.1 Members must not engage in any of the following conduct while using the rally918 platform:
8.2 rally918 employs fraud detection systems that monitor for patterns consistent with the prohibited conduct listed above. Detection of prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Balances (including winnings), and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
9.1 All content on the rally918 platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and database architecture — is the exclusive property of rally918 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted. Nothing in these Terms constitutes a transfer of intellectual property ownership to any Member.
9.3 The rally918 name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of rally918. Unauthorised use of these marks — including their reproduction in any medium without written consent — is strictly prohibited.
10.1 The rally918 platform is provided on an "as available" basis. rally918 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical faults, and expressly excludes all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law.
10.2 rally918's aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member to their Account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 rally918 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or incidental damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if rally918 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rally918's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by Applicable Law.
11.1 rally918 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.
11.2 rally918 will not sell Member personal data to third parties. Data is shared with third parties only to the extent necessary to operate the Platform (payment processors, KYC providers, game suppliers) or where required by Applicable Law.
12.1 rally918 is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. Members are encouraged to use the deposit limit, session time, and loss limit tools available in their Account settings.
12.2 Self-exclusion is available to any Member immediately upon request and takes effect within 24 hours. A Member under self-exclusion may not create a new Account on rally918 during the exclusion period. Attempts to circumvent self-exclusion by registering duplicate accounts will result in permanent exclusion from the Platform.
12.3 Any Member who believes they may have a problem with gambling is encouraged to seek assistance. More information on responsible gaming tools and player protections is available on rally918's Responsible Gaming page.
12.4 rally918 staff are trained to identify signs of problem gambling behaviour and may, at their discretion, proactively contact Members who display such signs or apply temporary account restrictions in the Member's interest.
13.1 rally918 may suspend or permanently close a Member's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:
13.2 Upon Account closure for breach of these Terms, rally918 reserves the right to forfeit the entire Balance, including any pending withdrawals. Where closure is for reasons other than Member breach, any legitimate Balance will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method within fourteen (14) business days, following completion of all required compliance checks.
13.3 A Member may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting rally918 member support. Voluntary closure does not affect any outstanding bonus wagering obligations or pending game rounds.
14.1 rally918 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, rally918 will make reasonable efforts to notify active Members by email or in-platform notification prior to the amendments taking effect. Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter Member rights) take effect upon publication without prior notice.
14.2 If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary Account closure under Section 13.3.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to rally918's licensing jurisdiction.
15.2 Any dispute that cannot be resolved through rally918's internal dispute resolution process (Section 7.5) may be referred to the relevant gaming authority under whose licence rally918 operates, in accordance with that authority's dispute resolution procedures.
15.3 Nothing in this Section prevents rally918 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
